Question: How do you attach this to the siding on the house? Do you need to make a frame to mount it? Thanks!
Answer: It comes with a bracket to attach it.

Question: Does it have solid PVC clear windows, screens, or both?
Answer: It has PVC windows but not solid and it does have screens on all the windows but not on the rolling doors.

Question: How do i anchor this to my deck? I do not see holes or brackets to attach anchoring hardware.
Answer: There are holes at the bottom of the panels that hold the windows. You can also use angle brackets if desired. If you have a wooden deck it's easy, for concrete you will need special anchors
